1. About COLLÆCT

COLLÆCT is an independent Pokémon TCG market, watchlist, comparison, and portfolio tracking application. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Creatures Inc., Game Freak, or any marketplace whose data may be referenced in the app.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens through your account. You must provide accurate account information and keep your email address current so verification, password reset, security, and billing messages can reach you.

3. Subscriptions And Billing

Paid features may be provided through a Pro subscription and processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. Prices, billing intervals, taxes, trial terms, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase and may vary by region.

Unless a refund is required by law or expressly offered in the checkout flow, payments are non-refundable once the paid period begins. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund the current billing period.

4. Market Data And Portfolio Tools

The app provides market information, charts, calculated metrics, comparisons, watchlists, and portfolio performance tools for informational purposes only. The data can be delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or unavailable. It is not financial, investment, tax, accounting, or legal advice.

Portfolio views depend on the items, quantities, events, and assumptions available in the app. You should verify important decisions against primary marketplace, payment, tax, and personal records.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by:

• accessing restricted areas, access controls, or paid features without authorization;
• using automation, bulk requests, or other access patterns that disrupt, overload, degrade, or abuse the service;
• copying or redistributing substantial parts of the service or data except where expressly permitted;
• interfering with security, billing, or availability;
• uploading or entering unlawful, abusive, infringing, or harmful content;
• using the service in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Intellectual Property

COLLÆCT owns the app interface, code, design, text, branding, and original analytics presentation unless otherwise stated. Pokémon and related marks belong to their respective owners. Marketplace names, images, product references, and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

7. Availability And Changes

The app is currently a beta service. Features, datasets, prices, limits, and integrations may change, pause, or be removed. We may suspend access if needed for security, abuse prevention, maintenance, legal compliance, or product operation.

8. Disclaimers And Liability

The service is provided as available and without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on market data, unavailable features, third-party services, account misuse, or decisions made using the app.
